When adding House number (Karlsruhe Schema) nodes for addressing, it should be required that the user enters the street name too. It tends to be missed off a lot of nodes, so the OSM Inspector will flag a number of errors.
The interpolation line which is usually linked between House Number nodes requires the street name, so perhaps upon filling that in, all connected nodes could be updated accordingly.
