Expanded Tag Template (redmine import 2740, patou, created ) #98

In the spirit of "release early, release often", here's a tag template I've been working on for my own use, but happy for other people to take a look.

It covers more features than the default template, but I've missed some stuff out that I don't use, like Karlsruhe addressing. If people think this is heading in the right direction, I'll do more work and post the results.

I should add: Most of the stuff I've added is only described in English, since that's the only language I speak to any great level....

Looks like there is an UTF8 problem with the file (probably TRAC).

File jono.mat addedI'll add the template as I received it. There seem to be a UTF8 problem, unfortunately.

Seems old and probably implemented. Reopen on a new tracker if its not.
