[7.0] Avatax Tax Search based on Company #7

Invoice tax computation is currently only searching for a tax called "AVATAX" and taking the first matching record. This does not work when there are several taxes configured in a multi-company scenario. This can be improved by adding a domain to filter by company matching the invoice company.
