fix: code aster updates and abaqus reader/writer fixes #90

Added support for code aster v17 api and added fixes to the abaqus reader/writer and update the subroutine entrypoint.

Started on a plugin-architecture for the pre/post processor and execution of support FEM solvers. Added abaqus and sesam so far
