Add information to the README about how to get the latest release #11

I cannot find the DLL file within any of the files.

Assuming you are looking for the dll file for the released addon, you can find it under the releases tab in github (under Assets) https://github.com/Krappa322/arcdps_healing_stats/releases/latest

About the issue itself, I will make sure to add this information to the README so it's a bit easier to get started for people who are not used to using github :)
