Mesh mode fixes #124

These patches enable the support of mesh mode in wcn36xx including mesh beaconing and MCS rate support.

Thank you guys for working on mesh network for wcn36xx. I am really happy you are working on this and ready to support as much as i can. To speed up review process please send patches to the mailing list every time you do a new pull request.

I have submitted the first two patches to the mailing list. Also, I tried to fix the third patch but wcn36xx_smd_set_sta_default_ht_params is not yet available.

As far as I can tell, this pull req is obsolete... closing. Please re-open otherwise.

It's a shame that some of these patches did not get in. At least for me some of them looked good.

First three patches already upstream. Only the last two not upstream:

wcn36xx: allow HT40 in 2.4GHz

wcn36xx: don't delete the bss prior to STA deletion
