What encoding is used for input csv files? It looks that encoding is wrong.

The CSV's look to be ok, but the notebook has 2 or 3 cells that have to be deleted and you have to mount to an existing lakehouse (you can have a blank one that you just created) in order for it to work. Going to close the issue if I don't hear back from you.
