[FSI] Update embedded Mok example #120

The structure mdpa in this case has inconsistent normals. This wasn't a problem when using the LINE_LOAD but now that we're using again the pressure yields a wrong load application.

I also removed some legacy setting (plus adding some commented ones to serve as documentation).
