📝 Description This PR includes into the Examples repo the FSI benchmark "Dam break against a flexible wall". I add it here after the merge of https://github.com/KratosMultiphysics/Kratos/pull/9294

Updated the CoSimulation README.md file

@philbucher Here is the benchmark I used extensively for my work. The only problem it has is that it takes some time to run, but other than that I think it is a nice example. Let me know if there are any issues or things you think can improve, if not, I can do the merge.
