[StructuralMechanicsApplication] CrBeamElementLinear2D2N stiffness matrix not consistent with CrBeamElementLinear3D2N #12312

The stiffness matrix for the CrBeamElementLinear3D2N element is calculated taking into account only the material part of the stiffness matrix.
The stiffness matrix for the CrBeamElementLinear2D2N element instead is calculated using the geo-part, material-part and corotational part.

I would expect however that these elements have similar stiffness matrices
