Create pull requests for structural and geo application to bring the experiment done in https://github.com/orgs/Deltares/projects/55/views/8?pane=issue&itemId=67942249 to master.

Acceptance criteria

The geo truss element is not used for the reset displacement test anymore
Documentation is added
New process is unit tested
