Dear @KratosMultiphysics/all ,

It is a known issue that some PRs, particularly those affecting the core, get stuck for quite excessive time, affecting the developers' daily work. From the @KratosMultiphysics/technical-committee we want to discuss the solution for this during the workshop.

Our proposal is to set a "champion" for each PR susceptible to get stuck. This "champion" will be assigned by the @KratosMultiphysics/technical-committee and will be able to take decisions over the PR.

On top of discussing this with the community during the workshop, we would like to know which have been the PRs that you consider got stuck without "any need" for so. We will appreciate that you list them in this issue.
