[Core] Add SIApp to Linux CI #12854

📝 Description As in the title. Up to now, SIApp was only in the Windows CI.

FYI: @JonasHill This is why all the other CI's were passing with your PR (#12846) because, we forgot to add SIApp to linux CIs. @Igarizza
