[Structural] Missing SmallDisplacementAxisymLineLoadCondition #7550

I'm implementing the 2d Axisymetric Structural app in the GiD problemtype. I can't find any implementation of SmallDisplacementAxisymLineLoadCondition2D2N and SmallDisplacementAxisymLineLoadCondition2D3N

The last thing I know is that the CL for axisymmetric does not work, so the load condition should came after that (otherwise the element will not work). Unfortunately I don't have the time for that.

I am quite sure that the axysim doe snot work

What doesn't work in fact is the CL if I remember correctly.
