#160: added multipage pdf saving

• added close functions to analysis
• fixed description of visualizer
• added pdf_name option to visualizer
• figsize is now in pixels instead of inches
• added PdfMerger to visualizer

• Need to fix all of the examples to use pixels instead of inches
• Need to add closing to integration
• Need to fix testing CI to use normal python3

I have no clue why testing CI cannot find pyzerolog even though it installs it without any problems

Will skip and merge it for now
