It should tell how to execute program from docker (added in df82a7809e522befb8fccac9e18663af7af7c54e)

Probably should entirely rewrite it, add new dependencies and tell about yaml features

Also it would be a good thing to make readthedocs page about yaml files

Next step would be to add descriptions to the tasks and describe how to create a new one.
