Allow on a network Game a client to choose 'spectator mode' to be presented with the Round Frame, Map Frame, Market Frame, and Tile Tray Frames at all times. And watch one or more Player Frames (selectable) and one or more Share Company, or Minor Company Corporation Frames. These would be shown only when the Player shows the Frame for them to operate.
The Spectator can also open the Action Frame, the Audit Frame, etc to review what is going on.
