Undo from Player 2 as the first action of company start, should hide the Corporation Frame #208

When a player starts to operate a company, new effect "Show Corporation Frame" should be recorded with the Action. The Undo feature should simply hide the Frame.

Also have a "Hide Corporation Frame" that is applied to the Done Action, so that "Undo" will show the Frame.

Also have a "Show Player Frame" and "Hide Player Frame" when in Stock Round.

The Effect should have a Player Name that the Show/Hide is to be applied to.
