Request to work on adding User preference color choice, at first for Trains Running #233

Implement the User Preference of allowing user to Choose the Color for Train Operating # 1, # 2, # 3 and # 4. Have a Reset button for each Train.

Also allow a choice of Patterns, and/or Dashed/Dotted Lines when the trains run. Possibly all three

Make use of the Swing Color Picker functionality. Need to prepare a panel of Tiles in a small Map display, that shows Tracks, and allows display of different Train Routes, with 2 to 4 different Runs, with different color tiles (Yellow, Green, Brown, Grey, Red).
