When a Company is Closed, All shares from Bank Pool (Open Market) and Bank (IPO) should be moved to the Closed Portfolio #261

When a Company is Closed (whether via enter Closed Section of Market -- by stock sale, or holding Revenues) or (if folded into another company (into CGR for 1856, or Prussian for 1835)) All Shares of the company should be moved to the Closed Portfolio.

Look at:

  1. All Players
  2. All Companies
  3. Bank Pool (Open Market)
  4. Bank (IPO)
  5. For CGR, IPO all Un-issued Shares (2nd Issue of not needed, or 1st Issue if 2nd Issues is needed).
