Under Raid debuffs, Nerub-ar Palace, Broodtwister Ovi'nax, with the spell stick web (spell id 446349) selected, I enabled the glow type "Shine". This process has worked on other debuffs I have tried to have special effects on.
During the broodtwister fight (On heroic if that matters), the first casts of sticky web go onto two raid members. This displays correctly. However, after the second player with sticky webs is dispelled, the glow on their unit frame does not go away, and further casts of sticky web do not cause the unit frame to glow.
Steps to reproduce
Under raid debuffs, add spell id 446349 under Nerub-ar Palace > Broodtwister, and set glow color to shine. Then fight broodtwister on heroic.
