[Feature] Class Bar Texture #169

Describe the feature

I'd like to be able to pick a custom texture for class bars. Right now it just uses a flat white8x8 texture and it doesn't really fit my ui.

Describe the implementation

I imagine the implementation would be similar to the setting for changing the shield texture in the colors tab.
