Api Controller inserts Controller template #101

In the " New C# " menu "Api Controller" option creates a file with "Controller" template.

The last commit seems to fix this problem so I was curious when extension will be updated. I do not know if that is active repository.

I'm going to close it. It has been solved by #98.
