List extension on OpenVSX #105

Hi,

It would be great if you could list your extension on OpenVSX, for those of us who use VS Codium.

I would be happy to help you maintain the extension on OpenVSX if you didn't have time.

It already is: https://open-vsx.org/extension/jsw/csharpextensions I'll document the published locations in the readme later this week.

Thank you for the offer to maintain at OpenVSX, but currently it's only a simple publish to update.
