Write a plugin that handles it. Using command like !votekickspec / !vks <nick>. Preferably using the l4d2_vote_to_spec source code.
Additional context
Currently there's a possibility to kick all of the specs at once. Possibility to kick just the selected one would let players get rid of toxic kids without harming the other specs.
