This is a tracking for what would need to be done to became a my own Internet Service Provider.

Expectations:

• Ability to have a custom routing.
• Ping as close to 0ms as possible.
• 100% Uptime.
• Full control over the network.

Orbital Satelite

Orbital satelite is not an option as it's limited by the speed of light traveling 45K Km which would make for a delay of 116.6ms
