I need a PCIe test board that i can plug my GPU in for testing purposes that allows me to start it by pressing a button.

Expected use

Test voltages and debugging

[ ] What is needed for GPU to begin it's boot sequence?
[ ] Get a PCIe x16 breakout board for breadboard

Loopback mode

What is a loopback mode? Apparently used for this usage.

LOOPBACK MODE: In this mode, we connect the transmit lanes of PCIe, which are output from SoC, to the receive lanes of PCIe, which are input to the SoC. [1]
