To be handled, no display after a driver load.

Hypothesis

Dead VRAM due to an old age

Diagnostics

All rails seems OK majority of the components checked no issue captured no visible damage slight bend in the PCB

Tested other outputs with same result

Provides display without issues when AMDGPU driver is disabled in kernel -> Based on experience with https://github.com/Kreyren/kreyren/issues/84 this can't be a dead VRAM as that would cause a display glitching.
