every url entered gives error "The URL you have entered is not allowed." #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. every url entered gives error "The URL you have entered is not allowed."
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect a shortened url, get an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Phurl 2.4.2
Hosted on Linux

Is there anything special i need to change to work on Localhost or on the 
server?Installation works fine but i get the "The URL you have entered is not 
allowed."error.

Getting the same issues on this. Got the rule whitelisted and now it is just 
saying that the URL is not allowed.

I found a solution:
http://code.google.com/p/phurl/issues/detail?id=96#c2

In your config.php it should be
define('SITE_URL', 'http://www.example.com');

I had only
define('SITE_URL', 'example.com');

That definitely does work now that you added it. Man, they should have it check 
for that before they go through the installation. Definitely a bug to fix ;)

Hi guys,

good work on finding a solution to this.

I'm really really busy right now, but in about a weeks time, we're beginning 
the major work on Phurl 3.

We'll ensure this process is made much cleaner and easier.

Please check the solution posted above to fix this. We will have the issue 
fixed in v3.
