Currently we can export pal data to json, and it'll be nice if can also import from the json to add new pal to player

Since you can already add new pals, I am not sure why you want to import from json, which is error prone imo.

basically what I want to achieve is transfer pals from an old save to a new save, and importing json is much easier than opening up two windows and do bunch of clicks to "copy" the data from one to another
