Let user chose target folder for the deck image and file #5

Allow the user to specify (through a GUI file explorer) where to save the image and .json file necessary for Tabletop simulator to load the deck into the game.

Since [v: 0.0_17-292-0953] deck image is saved in the location where the user chose the deck list file.
