As a pet lover, I want to see different visual effects depending on time and weather, so that I am even more enhanced by the overall gameplay experience and immerse me in a more dynamic and realistic virtual world.

Description

Acceptance criteria

• background that shows weather conditions and changes when time & weather is changing
• the UI elements related to day and weather effects are intuitive and easy to understand
• the implementation of day and weather effects does not significantly impact game performance

Tasks

• create feature branch feature/time-weather-effects
• create at least one indoor background with window (static) on details page (z-index: 20)
• create weather background (dynamic) on details page (z-index: 10)
• create day/night background or icon (e.g. sun & moon) on details page (z-index: 30)
• create background (static) on pet collection page (z-index: 10)
• create time function (1minute game time = 1h real time) that is triggered by the existing game loop
• implement weather function
