I want to add new pets to my pet list,

Description
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] A form is headlined "Add a New Pet" to clearly indicate its purpose.
[ ] The form must include labeled input fields for pet:
[ ] Pet Name with a character limit of 1 to 50 - characters.
[ ] Pet Type with dropdown selection for pet types (e.g., Dog, Cat, Bird), including a default "Please select a pet type" option.
[ ] Pet Emoji/Image An option to select an emoji (or upload an image) that represents the pet.
[ ] The Pet Name and Pet Type fields are mandatory for form submission.
[ ] Upon successful form submission, the new pet is added to the user's pet list.
[ ] The form prevents submission if any mandatory fields are left unfilled, displaying clear validation messages to indicate which fields need to be completed.
