Siphon settings page is blank #467

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings -> Siphon
2. Page is blank (no settings available)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The should be something on the settings page. There is nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running Siphon 2.2.0-1 on iPhone 4 running iOS 4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
When I go to Settings -> Siphon, the page is blank. There are no options 
available. I tried a reinstall with no effect.
