PhEMD and SCE object #8

Hi there,

Thank you for this super interesting package.

I am trying to apply it to some CyTOF data and I already have SingleCellExperiment objects with clustering. Is there anyway the embeddings take SCE objects? Or can it only be Monocle2, Seurat and PHATE?
