How to use header vs. footer #166

I don't see any way to make the delete button, for example, to use the footer instead of the header. How do I set certain buttons in certain places (or everything in the footer, which is what I'd actually prefer)?

Hi Joel, there is no support for that at the moment. PRs welcome.
