Background for coach selection is missing for JD19 and earlier #5

This is because JD19 and earlier don't have a map_bkg.tga.ckd. They do have a banner_bkg.tga.ckd but the colors are wrong on those: banner_bkg.tga.ckd: map_bkg.tga.ckd: map_bkg

the README.md specifically says it's made to export to jd22 and jd22 only so far

Hi @alexo310 ,

I'm aware, I'm the owner of this repository. Also this issue is about importing JD19. You're correct that export is only for JD22 (and will stay that way).
