TASK TWO: Elicited Requirements and Stakeholder Analysis

Examine the stakeholder meeting which was conducted with Sam Weiss the Chief Business Person. Place all the elicited requirements at the end of the document as an appendix. Do your research on this agile methodology. You are responsible for writing up these sections in the group report. You only need to reference your material in the appendix and provide Harvard referencing on your reasoning for this with in-text citations etc.

Elicited Requirements:

Examine the interview and gather up any and all high level requirements and use the survey. Use the survey to build some additional requirements. Use the brief which was provided explaining the need for the software.

Example: I asked Sam a question about the system and he mentioned that they cant experience any down time because of the delicate nature of the job. You could expand on that etc.

Stakeholder Analysis:

Look over the interview and write up the section on the interaction with the stakeholder. List points made by them in the appendix to reference
