The watermarking is emitted in two places right now:
in source function before ingesting an event into the input stream
on match stream if matches are used as inputs to another queiry on the same node
Use the global clock/timestamp counter for synchronized watermarking for both the input stream and the match stream, especially when performing union on them both?
