Feature request: Parameter for the speed of the scrolling text of the remarks #102

It would be nice if you could set the speed of the scrolling text of the remarks via parameters.

Currently the value is set in the CSS file to 300s: https://github.com/KristjanESPERANTO/MMM-PublicTransportHafas/blob/fafe3a369ae1e356d36d82030d56ffba499024bf/css/styles.css#L118
