remove unconditional loading of StatsBase #235

Don't really understand why this was loaded.

Edit: Need to update the Project as well

Don't we need a using StatsBase in the conditionally loaded code?

We don't do that anywhere else I think?

Sorry, ignore my comment, I didn't realize we are actually in the conditional code for StatsBase.

Incidentally, the files in docs/ (png, svg, csv) were added accidentally, right?

Yep, oops. Removed.
