Documentation build and deployment #309

Has the documentation been rebuilt and deployed since version 1.4.0?

The last version to show in the documentation version menu is 1.4.0.

The TagBot.jl action was not running, so I think that 1.5.* was not tagged, and then Documenter.jl deployment did not generate the docs for that. I updated the Tagbot setup, let's see if it fixes things.

I have updated the actions for TagBot, and while CI generates the documentation, it is not deployed.

@KristofferC: can you please look into this? I think that an older version of pages is somehow deployed with Jekyll, but the settings menu is only accessible to the repo owner so I cannot debug this.

Fixed now by pushing a new tag
