Save Image Captures On the Templates Page

Sometimes we capture a noteable or interesting picture. We should have some functionality to save it -- either from the video or from one of the "Recent Captures". We should also have some simple ability to recall the saved images. Make sure the cleanup scripts dont delete saved images (they have to be named different or something).
