Hey on the index page there was a JavaScript function that used to play the video fast when you put your mouse over it. I'm not sure how it broke but can you fix it?

Purpose

This pull request restores the video playback speed hover functionality that was previously broken on the index page.

Description

The changes in this pull request add event listeners for the mouseenter and mouseleave events on the video elements on the index page. When the user hovers over a video, the playback rate is set to 2x speed, and the video starts playing. When the user moves the mouse away from the video, the playback rate is reset to 1x and the video is paused.
