Purpose

This pull request introduces improvements to the captions page, including dynamic loading of templates and humanized timestamps for last and next captures.

Description

  2. Humanized Timestamps: The last and next capture timestamps on the captions page are now displayed in a humanized format (e.g., "2 hours ago") and are automatically updated every minute to provide a better user experience.

  3. Responsive Grid Layout: The grid layout on the index page is now updated when the window is resized, ensuring a consistent and responsive display of the templates.
