I would like to propose adding effects to the cards in the Blog_Website to enhance their visual appeal and make the overall user experience more engaging. Currently, the cards appear static, which may not capture users' attention effectively.

Proposed Enhancements:

Hover Effects: Implement hover effects that change the card's appearance (e.g., scale up, shadow effects, color changes) when the user hovers over it.
