[BUG] Clear all tasks button not working as expected

Description

Hi, while deleting all of my tasks using Clear All Tasks button, it does clear my tasks on frontend but after refreshing the page, they appear again. After researching, I found that the tasks that are storing in the localStorage are not clearing on clicking the button.

[!NOTE] I am an independent contributor and not associated with any open source program and wants to contribute
