[Feature] Provide Responsiveness and more options on "Add secret" Page and much more.

Description

New Improvements:

• Make website responsive because most of the users would like to add secrets through their mobile phones.
• Improvement on the UI of the login/register page.(I have seen many such improvements on existing posted issues)
• Add more options on "Add Secret" page, like user can delete and update the secret as per their convenience, Add navbar and attractive banner so that user likes to come to the website for writing their secrets(because It is somewhat difficult to convince people to come and share their secrets on our website), and motivating videos, thoughts, images and even blogs also.
• Bug: Register page is not working(cannot get the cause of this issue).

What I can do:

• As experienced Front end enthusiast, I can help with enhancing UI, responsiveness and adding features in the website.

If you find these changes critical in this project, please provide necessary assignments and Labels. (I am also starting work on it, Excited to here from you soon) Thank You so much!
