Doesn't update correctly on edit "Unable to decode" #17

MacOS Mojave ST dev build 3197

The only setting I changed is "highlight_values": false,.

  1. When I edit a color, I get errors in the console and the gutter icons don't update: 
    Unable to decode Packages/User/Color Highlight.cache/col_FF55FF01_circle.png

Afterwards, an icon is "stuck" in the gutter and stays there even on undo, or on line move.
