"highlight": "load-save" and "true" (when I type) at the same time. #8

Hello. Thanks for the package, it is very useful.

Could you please make it possible that it runs when there is a load or save of the document, but also when there is typing?

Now, in the "highlight" settings, it is possible to choose only one choice. So, if I choose "load-save" I have to save changes for see the color, and if I choose "true" I can't save changes because then I have to type something in every line again for see their colors.
